Why did you decide to become a UBELONG Volunteer?
I wanted to do something meaningful during my summer break where I got to meet new people with a different culture; because of that volunteering seemed to be the perfect option.

What is your favorite memory?
My favorite memory is my last afternoon with my colleagues from the orphanage. They made especially for me a leaving party at their house with my favorite dish and drinks.

What advice would you tell a future volunteer?
As a volunteer you should be open and flexible. During the first week it’s really important to observe the people working there like that you see where hands are needed.

In a sentence or less, best packing advice?
Be open and flexible!!!
